Announcing the cast for Sleepless

The Glen Arbor Players proudly introduce the cast of their second play of the 2023 season, SLEEPLESS. The play is a new adaptation by Ronald Smith, inspired by the award winning 1993 movie, Sleepless in Seattle. The large cast includes thirteen talented thespians ranging in age from 12-81.

This American romantic comedy revolves around a youngish grandfather’s relationship with his granddaughter after she loses both parents and he loses his wife, all in an 18 month period. They attempt to heal their grief by pulling together, including moving from Chicago to Seattle.

SLEEPLESS is presently in rehearsal and will be performed August 3-5, 7::30 pm at the Glen Lake Church, 4902 W. MacFarlane Rd., Glen Arbor. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. Goodwill donations are welcomed.
